Hi, I’m Michael Peyron!

I’ve been training in the Greater Boston area for over ten years, and I’m passionate about helping people find their path to better health and wellness.

Having worked with people navigating a multitude of abilities and limitations, I’ll create programs with attainable benchmarks to help you achieve your short and long term goals.

If you’ve reached a ceiling with your daily fitness routine or are hampered by nuisance injuries, I’d love to work together to introduce some new movements to ultimately improve your quality of life.

How we work together:

A person’s gait reveals much about one’s movement ability and injury history. So we’ll start with walking and some very simple movements/mobility drills to help you build strength and confidence in your body.

To make sure you get the full benefit of my knowledge and expertise, we’ll work one-on-one together.

I’ll meet you where you are.

I work with clients virtually and in-person.

I meet clients in person either in their own physical spaces or, while the weather permits, outside so we get some fresh air!

 

How we stay safe in these crazy times.

If we’re meeting in person:

  • Since I work with an at-risk population, I’m very careful with my personal social distancing practices.

  • COVID rules are in effect - masks worn at all times!

  • Any equipment I bring with me is thoroughly disinfected after every client.

  • I’m willing to talk about any special requests you might have to make sure we’re all safe and healthy.
